Over the years, we’ve stayed at a number of five-star hotels and, to our surprise, we believe the Hotel Arista is the most hospitable and comfortable of them all. (Our last stay was in the Mark Hopkins in SF.) Every member of the staff went “above and beyond” to make our stay comfortable. Kudos to the front desk staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and Michael, the Bell Captain.
The room designs are “smart” and the amentities are first-class. We strongly recommend this fine hotel.
(I believe “everybody imitates the Boss” and we met the owner in the lobby one night. I can easily see that her enthusiasm and care for her guests would be the benchmark for her staff.)
I absolutely loved this hotel! All staff members provided exceptional service. The room was clean and beautiful, and I also ordered amenities for a special birthday. Everything was delivered on time and the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The staff definitely exceeded my expectations and made our stay an event to remember! Thank you!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean and comfortable. Great views out the window too. Michael greeted us right at our car and was very polite and accommodating. Front desk has the nicest people you will ever meet at a hotel! We were so impressed with this place and highly recommend.
My daughter's quince was beautiful, and everyone attending had a great time. Our ballroom was beautifully set, and the wait staff was incredible to work with. They were professional and offered great customer service. Katie Jones is a pleasure, and handled every detail with the upmost professionalism. She stepped in and handled any item not aligned in our program, and kept us on schedule. The rooms were absolutely elegant. It was an incredible evening, and one we will talk about always. Thanks for your attention to detail Tim, and always being available to us.
The hotel was incredible. Parking is conveniently in the adjoining garage- free. The front desk was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The hotel itself was modern and beautiful. The king room was clean, the views were neat, the bathroom was impeccable! Even the little shampoo and soaps smelled amazing. We tried the Taps bar that is also accessible through the hotel and it was fun- great service. My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to control the room temperature- extra chilly for cuddling haha. The tv was super quality and the entire experience was worth the affordable rate! We plan to go back next year! Thank you to the staff for a great experience!
I was on a quick business trip to the area and had never been there before. I flew into DuPage airport and all the hotels in the immediate area were booked. Chris, at the airport recommended Hotel Arista. I was skeptical because I had never heard of the hotel before. I looked it up on trip advisor and of course it got great reviews so I booked the room. Wow! What a beautiful hotel! Kailyn at the front desk was great! The rooms were nice, quiet and very clean! The hotel has 3 restaurants connected to it and one of those restaurants is a coffee shop with excellent coffee. The food at Che figata was very fresh and very good. The breakfast in particular was very good with a bunch of options. There are several other amenities available too, such as a spa and a fitness center. The fitness center was one of the nicest, biggest and well equipped fitness centers that I have ever seen in a hotel! It was impressive! Keep up the great work Hotel Arista! This is my second stay with Hotel Arista. The hotel itself is an incredible property - first class all the way - but the real value and charm of this property is the amazing staff-who truly goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. They got word it was my daughter’s birthday and sent up a tray of milk and cookies with this card signed by the staff. This was a great touch and my daughter loved it!
